Your own stretch of the Exumas
A brand-new house raised on stilts at the end of its own low, scrub-covered point, with pale
turquoise water on three sides and a curve of white sand below the deck. The nearest sound is
the water.
Verandas wrap the house on two levels, so there is always a shaded side and always a view.
Inside, the great room runs the full width of the building: a marble island and range at one
end, sofas and armchairs at the other, and glass doors along both walls that stay open all day.
Outside, a long table is laid under cover for fourteen, a rope chair hangs from the beam above
the sun deck, and loungers sit out on the sand where the catamaran is drawn up.
